Hours of Operation:

Normal hours are from 8:00am until 4:30pm Central Time. However, any inquiries may be e-mailed or faxed at any time. Voice mail for the parts department may be left at Ext. 31.

If requested, most parts orders can be shipped the same day if placed before 2:30pm.*

*Limitations may be applied due to availability of parts or size of order.

Service Levels:

Emergency Breakdown Orders: top priority, same day shipment whenever possible.*

Standard Orders: shipment in 24 hours.*

Stocking Orders: shipment within one week.*

REX: Rex Standard Pulvi-mixers HK Series, Rex Deep Mix Pulvi-mixers HM Series.

PETTIBONE: Models SM-710, SM-730, and SM-750.

REPLACEMENT TINES: Seaman, Rex, Pettibone, and Bros mixers.

DIGZ-ALL TRENCHERS: Mark 8, Mark 18, Mark 20, Mark 30, Mark 40, and Model D.

PARSONS CABLE PLOWS: Plows including DP-60, DP-80, DP-100 (old and new), and DP-180.

Replacement teeth and chains for all manufacture's trenchers.
